Chinese Cooking Demystified

OG followers of the pod may remember me posting about the Youtube channel Chinese Cooking Demystified several months back, but my love for this channel warrants a repost and a full write up/love declaration.

Young Jeff along with many others would have first delved into cooking by using the "just a pinch" method under the guidance of family. Measuring spoons and written recipes be damned; a style of cooking I love and still practice to this day. But after learning my family's repertoire, it became increasingly hard to learn recipes beyond the south of China, with many resources not hitting the exact marks that I wanted.

That was until I discovered the Chinese Cooking Demystified cooking channel - the GOAT of all English resources on Chinese cookery. The broad range of recipes, historic anecdotes, restaurant techniques and detailed instructions make this my go to place to learn Chinese recipes. They also got a really cute puppy recently :)
